Pinneaple Pork Loin

IMG_2577

I have another delicious recipe to share today. Pineapple pork loin! My intention was to cook these pork loins on the grill but it was too windy outside and our charcoal grill wouldn’t start…so I baked these instead.

Ingredients:

4 (4 oz) – pork loin cuts

1 can – pineapple rings, juice reserved

1/2 cup – soy sauce

1/4 cup – brown sugar

salt and pepper to season

1 tsp – steak rub seasoning

Directions: Mix juice from pineapple can, soy sauce, and brown sugar together. Place in a large plastic Ziploc bag with pork loins and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Before cooking, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and steak rub. If grilling, place loins on grill for 30 minutes or until cooked through. If baking, bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until cooked through. I seared pork loins in a skillet on medium heat for a few minutes each side after baking. Enjoy!
